Refund policy

1. Items can be returned & exchanged if there is defect in the product, or mistake in delivering the items from the seller.

2. Exchanges can be made if customers provide an unboxing video of the package still sealed until the package is opened, and show the sides of the package. Without an unboxing video, the exchange is not valid.

3. Shoes/sandal products can be exchanged if the size brand does not match. Exchange can only be done 1x.

4. Return/ Exchanges can be made within 3 days after the item arrives/is received by the customer.

5. Please provide complete video & photo evidence to make an exchange.

6. Items to be exchanged must be in a complete condition as when the item was received (tag item code, and brand tag have not been removed)

7. Items to be exchanged must be returned using express courier.

8. Shipping costs for making an exchange will be accommodated by Bally Outlet Indonesia, if the error is from the seller (defect, wrong size, wrong product).

9. The investigation process for exchanging defect items is 2x24 hours, starting from when the item is received by the seller. The replacement item will be sent 1 day after the item has been investigated (excluding national holiday/ weekends).

10. Items cannot be exchanged at offline stores.

11. Items cannot be refunded (except if the seller does not have replacement stock).
